GENERAL TERMS

• Pre-booking is advisable to avoid disappointment.

• For all bookings, please arrive 5 minutes before the start time. Please check your booking details before arrival.

• Cancellations - we are unable to offer a refund or change the date and/or time of any bookings unless we receive a minimum of 48 hours notice. Moving any booking is subject solely to management discretion.

• The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

• Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, performance, completeness or suitability of the information offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• The Indoor Cricket Centre reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person(s) without explanation. Refunds will NOT be issued.

• Due to the hazardous nature of the activities performed at the Indoor Cricket Centre, participants are advised that this is a dangerous environment and participation is done so at your own risk.

• Participants need to be dressed appropriately for all cricket activities.

The Bola Professional Bowling Machine 

• Children (U18s) using the Indoor Cricket Centre must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

• Children are not permitted to operate the bowling machine. 

• The bowling machine must be used with caution and only within the limits and capability of the batter.

• The bowling machine operator must read and follow the operating instructions attached to the stand before use.

• Only the Bola, plastic red balls are to be used in the machine. Any other balls will result in damage to the machine which you will be liable for.

• Persons using the bowling machine in such a way to cause damage or injury will be liable for all associated costs.

• Any damage to the bowling machine must be reported to staff immediately.​

• Events at the Indoor Cricket Centre may use photography and videography for marketing purposes. It is the sole responsibility of participants, parents and guardians to immediately inform staff on arrival if inclusion in photography/videography content is not wanted.

• CCTV is in use for law enforcement and Health and Safety.

• Full payment in advance is needed to secure the booking. We reserve the right to invoice any extra time (and not paid for in advance) in the lane or use of the Bola machine. Invoices must be paid within 24 hours or you will be barred from any future use of the centre.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

• We are unable to offer a refund or change the date and/or time of any booking unless we receive a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

• If we have to close a section or entirety of the premises, all paid bookings for will be moved to a future date upon re-opening. Under these circumstances, refunds will not be issued, paid bookings will be honoured and move to a future date upon customer request.

• The Indoor Cricket Centre facilities may be closed from time to time for private parties, group sessions or other functions.

• Cancelling your pre-paid party or event is non-refundable.

• If you choose to reschedule your party for any reason (subject to availability), there is an administration fee of £50.00. We require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice to reschedule any event/party.

• Rescheduled parties must take place within 3 months from the cancellation date.

CUSTOMERS PERSONAL BELONGINGS

• Customers are responsible for the care and safekeeping of all their personal possessions. The Indoor Cricket Centre will not be held liable for any loss, theft or damage of customers’ possessions.

• No food, drink or chewing gum is allowed within the astro area.

• Please ensure trainers are clean and free of mud.

• Please bring your own hard balls or incrediballs with you.

HEALTH CONDITIONS ​

• Anyone playing must not have any medical condition that might be made worse by playing cricket. This includes, but is not limited to neck, back, shoulder, hip and knee injuries, broken bones, as well as pregnancy.

• We recommend that children wear long trousers and sleeves to minimise the risk of astro burns and remove jewellery, watches and sharp objects.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE 

• The Indoor Cricket Centre may need to be temporarily closed at short notice under exceptional circumstances or maintenance reasons. All bookings will be contacted and moved to a new date, refunds will not be given in this situation.

• The bowling machine may be taken out of use at any time for essential reasons such as maintenance. Only the cost of the hire of the bowling machine will be refunded.

EMAIL SUBSCRIBER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The Indoor Cricket Centre will periodically email our subscribers to inform them of company news, new promotions, money-saving discounts and exciting events.

• Subscribers may receive information promoting premium promotions and exclusive offers that are not advertised publicly and are only available to our subscribers.

• A subscription to our newsletter/email marketing service is not mandatory.

• We will not communicate, share or publish your email address.

• We reserve the sole right to either modify or discontinue the newsletter/email marketing, at any time without notice. 

• We reserve the sole right to unsubscribe users/visitors from our newsletter/email marketing service, without notice. Any subscriber deemed registered with fake data will be removed.

• Subscription is free and you can opt-out at any time using the unsubscribe link in the newsletters/emails received or email "unsubscribe" to the email below.
